Think of me as your no-BS career wingman who actually gets the industry you're in and the challenges you're facing.
Q: Why should I choose you over other career coaches?
A: Because I've been there. Nearly 20 years in gaming and tech, from PlayStation to Red Bull to Amazon; I’ve built not only global brands, but global teams that rock. I'm not some generic career coach who Googled "how to write a resume" yesterday. I know what hiring managers actually want to see, how to navigate corporate, and how to translate your unique skills into language that gets you noticed.
Q: Do you only work with people in gaming and tech?
A: Nope! While gaming, tech, and ecommerce are my specialties, I'm open to working with anyone who's ready to level up their career game. If you're passionate about what you do and need help communicating that value or even just a cheerleader, I got you.

A: I don't just make your resume “pretty”—I make it strategic. Q: Can you help me if I'm changing careers entirely?
A: Absolutely. Career pivots can feel tricky, but they're not impossible. I help you identify transferable skills you didn't even know you had and reframe your experience to bridge the gap between where you've been and where you want to go.
Q: How long does the LinkedIn optimization process take?
A: The actual work takes about a week once we start, but the real magic happens over 2-3 months as we fine-tune based on how the algorithm responds to your optimized profile. I teach you how to work with LinkedIn's algorithm, not against it.
Q: Will you write my resume from scratch or just edit what I have?
A: Depends on what you've got. Sometimes we're doing reconstructive surgery on an existing resume, sometimes we're building from the ground up. I don’t just use your resume either. Any business documents (promotional documents, post mortem, profiles, websites, anything!) that you’ve made is used to create the wholistic story of you.

Q: What makes you qualified to work with neurodivergent professionals?
A: I'm currently finishing my certification as a Neurodivergence Life Coach through Natural Wellness Academy, plus, personal experience navigating corporate environments with a neurodivergent brain as both an IC and a Manager. I get the unique challenges around executive function, sensory processing, and workplace accommodations.
Q: How do you support women dealing with imposter syndrome?
A: We tackle it head-on. Imposter syndrome is real, but it's also often a symptom of workplaces that don't properly recognize or value your contributions. We work on both the internal narrative ("you ARE qualified") and the external strategy ("here's how to make sure they know it too").
Q: Can you help with workplace accommodations?
A: While I can't provide legal advice, I can help you identify what accommodations might be helpful and where to get the proper support. Sometimes it's about knowing the right language to use, sometimes it's about building the confidence to advocate for yourself.

Q: Do you offer ongoing support after coaching packages end?
A: Each package includes email support between sessions and a 30-minute follow-up after completion. If you need ongoing support beyond that, we can discuss additional sessions or a maintenance plan.
Q: Can coaching help if I'm burned out at my current job?
A: Hell yes. Burnout is real, and sometimes the solution isn't just "find a new job"—it's about setting better boundaries, advocating for yourself, or restructuring how you approach work entirely. We'll figure out what's sustainable for you long-term, together.

A: Pretty involved. I can't write your career story without you, and the coaching only works if you're willing to do the work between sessions. But I'll guide you through every step so you're never wondering what to do next.
